Barrios is seeking talented, motivated professionals and incumbent personnel to staff the Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) Project Coordination (PC) program program in anticipation of contract award. Successful completion of NACI process within the 30 day transition period is required.

We are especially interested in connecting with talented incumbents currently supporting the Marshall Integrated Programmatic Support Services (MIPSS) program All contact and inquiries with incumbents will be handled with strict confidentiality.


The CPSS Project Coordinator will :

  • Provide the planning, coordinating, technical management, execution, and surveillance of the activities necessary to assure disciplined performance of work and timely application of resources for the accomplishment of all requirements to include planning, coordinating, tracking, and reporting support for programs, projects, and organizations.
  • Support project coordination and integration, meeting support, reporting, research, integration and other functions necessary for the successful operation of the project office including:
    • Meeting support:
      • Create and maintain team distribution lists.
      • Distribute meeting notices.
      • Reserve conference rooms, resources, and equipment.
      • Develop agenda, record and distribute meeting minutes.
      • Support meetings, including audio/visual, through setup and in real time as required.
    • Develop, track and report data:
      • Coordinate and assist with project reporting requirements.
      • Create and maintain action item tracking logs.
      • Monitor safety metrics.
      • Collect and integrate monthly reports and Project Review data packages from multiple sources into a consolidated product.
      • Establish reporting requirements and develop presentation packages and providing quality checks when required.
    • Integration support:
      • Serve as a point of contact for data collection, collaboration, and information gathering.
      • Develop distribution lists, maintain org charts, and roles and responsibilities.
      • Maintain program/project calendars.
    • Database support:
      • Maintain proper security of all controlled information.
      • Establish and verify security permissions, loading data, and setting up and organizing folders/files for websites and databases.
      • Establish guidelines and make recommendations for data management processes, including organization of files, and maintenance procedures.
  • Perform all other assigned duties.


Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum education and experience requirements will vary depending on position. 
  • All positions will require the ability to pass a National Agency Check with Investigation (NACI), and will be located in Huntsville, AL.

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management and organizational employees.
  • Outstanding organization skills for tracking details.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products including SharePoint.

Essential Requirements 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
  • Applicant selected may be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Work may involve sitting for extended periods.
  • May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lb.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to enter areas of test facilities where necessary.
  • Generally an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
  • Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, etc.)
  • Regular attendance in accordance with established work schedule is critical.
  • Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements when required.
  • Must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
  • Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
  • This position may require some commuting and traveling to other installations as needed.
